Suffolk County Council School Travel Review/Appeals
For full details of entitlement for funded school travel please see the Suffolk County Council (SCC) suffolkonboard website.
Following an application for SCC funded school travel there are instances where SCC concludes that the pupil/young person does not meet the entitlement criteria. As per the Department for Education (DfE) guidance SCC operates a review/appeal process whereby the pupil/young person’s parent/carer can request that their application for SCC funded travel be reviewed.
This website provides a straightforward and convenient method of registering such a review, making a statement as to the basis of the review request and uploading any documentation deemed as relevant in the reconsideration of their request for SCC funded school travel.
Users of this website must have their original School Travel Application Reference Number available and must also be able to provide an email address for possible correspondence.
